The location was marvellous and easy because it was so close to Chengdu airport. So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with strong aircon, seated toilet plus very good views too I booked was available.

holiday inn express chengdu airport zone was a pleasant surprise! after a not so good experience in another hotel in chengdu, we were delighted with the friendliness of the staff and the great shuttle bus service. the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was the best we had in china!

Hip new hotel with extremely great and really kind staff on the receptionist. The location great close to the airport station or the metro station to go into the city. Based next to convenient store, and the subway and free airport shuttle.

The location is not perfect due to it being a 15-20 minute drive from the airport. However, the hotel is close to the city center and a metro station to access it easily.

The kitchen is not always open for dinner, which may be inconvenient for guests.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Without a doubt, Shuangliu district is a worthwhile destination to explore. Choosing this hotel was a fantastic decision for our enjoyable and memorable stay.

Our new year stay was partially enjoyable because of the free airport shuttle service that took us from the airport to the hotel and back. we were delighted to find out that the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast that helped us save some money. The hotel's location was great since it was near some fabulous restaurants, shops, and a metro station that we used to explore the city.

We encountered some issues that put a damper on our stay. the hotel was incredibly difficult to find, and the staff wasn't very helpful in providing us with directions.

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels, and this one in Chengdu Airport Zone is by far the best. The service exceeded my expectations, with welcoming and helpful reception staff who even arranged a taxi pickup for me. The location is convenient, just 15-20 minutes from the airport, and they provide complimentary shuttles. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a fruit basket and dessert soup. The complimentary continental breakfast and evening snacks were a nice touch. I would definitely come back!
